Fra Mare opened year 1997 as a Health and holiday centre offering health packages for our guests. We use thalassotherapy, which means using marine elements (in our case, sea mud, sea air, sea water) for treatment and relaxation. Fra Mare Thalasso SPA is located near Haapsalu`s bay and surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. We offer short and long vacations and treatment packages of different lengths. In 2023, we opened a brand new Healing Yoga House, and our previous lifestyle was supplemented with yoga practices that connect body and mind and improve the quality of life, offered both by us and by Yoga teachers from outside the house. We welcome here guests from many different countries, but mainly from Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Sweden. You are invited to take a break from your everyday life and restore your energy reserves in the midst of wonderfully beautiful nature, enjoying good food and sleep, relaxing procedures and refreshing dips in our sauna and pool park!
