The hotels with SPA centers and restaurants are located in Druskininkai and Anykščiai, while the Day SPA center is in Vilnius. In all activity categories, we strive for the highest quality, aiming for customer ratings in each category not lower than 9.7 out of 10 (achieved 9.73 in 2023), and at least 50% of customers indicating that their expectations during the visit or stay were exceeded. The introduced innovation—reservation confirmation with calendar integration—was also created to further enhance the user experience.

The calendar-linked reservation confirmation solution arose from the need not only to reduce the number of printed programs but also to provide customers with more convenience, easier time planning, and simpler information retrieval. It is worth noting that this tool was created and programmed in Lithuania, specifically commissioned by SPA VILNIUS, considering the uniqueness of our operations, the expressed needs, and the specifics of the systems used. In other Lithuanian hotels or SPA centers, a similar function is performed by separate apps, which need to be specifically downloaded to a phone, registered, order details entered, and so on. In this case, there is no need to download an additional app, and the customer can choose the most convenient way to store information about procedure reservations in their calendar.
Customers appreciate when their relaxation is not only effectively planned but also personalized. The new feature allows customers to manage their time individually, combining SPA procedures with personal or professional life, providing flexibility and a sense of control. Customers no longer need to worry about missed appointments or forgotten procedures.
