Registration fee for accompanying persons (Package 1) includes:
– Guided tour in Druskininkai resort town Lithuanian dish tasting on 25th September

Registration fee for accompanying persons (Package 2) includes:
– Excursion to Dzūkija National park and lunch at the restaurant Dzūkynė on 26th September,
– Wellness treatment package in the Circle of Health at Druskininkai Health resort on 26th September
– Welcome dinner on 25th September
– ESPA Innovation Award Ceremony with the Gala dinner on 26th September

Registration fees do not include Accommodation and transfer from the airport to the venue and back.
After the submission of the On-line registration form you will receive an automatic confirmation of successful submission.

• If you choose payment by invoice, you will receive the pro-forma invoice with all the bank details for bank transfer. It will be sent by from the Organiser to your e-mail address. Pro-forma invoice should be paid in 8 days after it is issued.
• If you choose payment by credit card, you will be transferred to the website for secure credit card payments. After the payment, invoice will be issued by the Organisers.

When the payment is received by the Organiser, the official confirmation letter will be sent to your e-mail address.

Cancellation before 10 September 2024 – 100 EUR will be charged
Cancellation after 11 September 2024 – no refund will be given after this date

INSURANCE
Each participant must obtain adequate travel insurance coverage for their stay and it is recommended in particular that participants take out adequate insurance for their baggage and medical insurance.

Guests arriving from Vilnius or Kaunas airport can reach Druskininkai in just two hours by bus or car.

Distance from Vilnius airport to Druskininkai is 130 km.
Buses from Vilnius to Druskininkai are operated almost hourly, approximately fifteen times a day. The earliest scheduled journey from Vilnius is at 07:20, while the last is at 20:30.

Distance from Kaunas airport to Druskininkai is 123 km.
There are eleven daily departures from Kaunas in the direction of Druskininkai, with the earliest being at 06:10 and the last being at 19:45.
