Registration fees for Congress participants include:
– Congress sessions and coffee-breaks as per the programme 
– Lunch on 26th September
– Welcome dinner on 25th September
– ESPA Innovation Award Ceremony & Gala dinner on 26th September

Registration fee for accompanying persons (Package 1) includes:
– Guided tour in Druskininkai resort town Lithuanian dish tasting on 25th September
– Welcome dinner on 25th September
– ESPA Innovation Award Ceremony with the Gala dinner on 26th September

Registration fee for accompanying persons (Package 2) includes:
– Excursion to Dzūkija National park and lunch at the restaurant Dzūkynė on 26th September,
– Wellness treatment package in the Circle of Health at Druskininkai Health resort on 26th September
– Welcome dinner on 25th September
– ESPA Innovation Award Ceremony with the Gala dinner on 26th September

Registration fees do not include Accommodation and transfer from the airport to the venue and back.
After the submission of the On-line registration form you will receive an automatic confirmation of successful submission.

Payments

• If you choose payment by invoice during registration online (“Invoice and bank transfer” section near “Payment method”), you will receive the invoice with all the bank details for making the bank transfer. It will be sent from the Organiser to your e-mail address. The invoice should be paid in 8 days after it is issued.

• If you choose payment by credit card during registration online (“Banks and credit cards” section near “Payment method”), you will be transferred to the website for secure credit card payments. After the payment, please fill in the invoicing details to receive a final receipt/invoice by e-mail. Invoicing details are mandatory and can be provided personally or under the company/organization name.

When the payment is received, the official confirmation letter will be sent to your e-mail address. For more information, please contact the Registration office at: espa2024@contentevents.eu

Cancellation

All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Registration office: espa2024@contentevents.eu 

Cancellation costs:
Cancellation before 10 September 2024 – 100 EUR will be charged
Cancellation after 11 September 2024 – no refund will be given after this date

INSURANCE
Each participant must obtain adequate travel insurance coverage for their stay and it is recommended in particular that participants take out adequate insurance for their baggage and medical insurance.
